It has been brought to our attention that a demerit under the Misconduct category is causing some confusion. The demerit pertaining to "inappropriate media" simply refers to any disrespectful or vulgar behavior shown in any media form. Cheerleaders are still allowed to have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., but the Hickman County cheerleaders are expected to be role models not only in uniform, but out as well. This is a 24/7 job commitment. We have zero tolerance for any crude/disrespectful actions.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope this clears up any confusion. :)

2013-2014 Tryout Info
Tryouts for the 2013-2014 season will take place March 11-14th at the high school. All interested girls need to pick up a tryout packet in the office before March 11th. Every candidate and her parents need to read the packet carfully and sign the waiver prior to the first cheer workshop on March 11th. Girls who do not bring this form will not be allowed to participate that day. We are very excited about the upcoming festivities!
Please note, we will be using this site in order to keep candidates and their parents informed during the tryout process. Also, on the first day of the cheer workshops (March 11th), we will post a video that breaks down the cheer and dance for girls to work on at home. Utilize this tool. If you have any question, please feel free to email Lynn Yarbro or Heather Miller at hcfalconcheerleading@gmail.com. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you at tryouts!
